He also worked at the renowned Toscana Restaurant on Jl. Kemang Raya No.120, South Jakarta, from 1996 to 2006. His last position as Chef at Steak House bro in Surabaya has completed his knowledge in cooking Western, Indonesian, Korean, and Italian cuisines.
